1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We are unable to accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage not caused by us, or missing original components.

3. Return Scenarios

✔ Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

✔ Change of mind
If you simply change your mind, items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at babyqueen-@outlook.com with your order details
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Ship the item back as instructed (returns without approval will not be accepted)

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Funds are typically returned within 7–15 business days, depending on your payment provider

Refund coverage:

  • Defective / wrong items: full refund (product + shipping)
  • Change of mind: product cost only (shipping is non-refundable)

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return and place a new order once your return is approved.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, they must follow the standard return process.

8. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened items not related to quality issues
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
